GOLD POINTS (COMP POINTS)
Each GOLD POINT that you earn is worth $1.00. You may redeem these points once you have accumulated 10 or more points. The amount of GOLD POINTS that you earn is based on the wagering that you have done within the VIP Lounge, your VIP status, and the games that you are playing.
VIP CHIPS
VIP Chips are free comps from VIP Lounge to its players. These are given out as compensation for play, extra 2nd chance bonuses or Birthday gifts. VIP Chip rules vary based on the VIP category that you are in. Please check below for the VIP Chip rules that apply to you and your account…
All bonuses at VIP Lounge are considered a privilege to our players and may be altered, discontinued or revoked at any time. Players are only allowed to redeem one VIP Chip between deposits, though this does not mean that each player is entitled to a VIP Chip after every deposit.
Reload bonuses, Gold Points and VIP Chips may not be mixed at any time due to each having different rules and restrictions.
If a player is found to be abusing, taking advantage of, or misusing any of the promotional offers from the VIP Lounge, we reserve the right to void all winnings and remove said promotion from the players account without refund.

Pinnacle VIP's (Level 3 VIP’s):
1 Gold Point = $100.00 wagered in Slots, Keno, Bonus Bingo, Scratch Cards and European Slot Poker.
