Getting Started

Here is where you get all the information you need to download and play at the VIP Lounge. We have tried to make this as easy as possible, but remember if you need help, feel free to contact our support staff at any time. Read below for the simple steps to download and become a NEW VIP at VIP Lounge Casino.

1. START DOWNLOAD

• Click on the DOWNLOAD button.
• Enter your email address in the space provided to DOWNLOAD NOW and Subscribe to our FREE Newsletter. Click “Submit.”
• You should then see a “File Download” box like the one displayed below. Click “Save” and continue to Step 3.

2. SAVE   FILE

• Choose the location where you would like to save the casino (it is recommended that you save it to your DESKTOP) and click “Save”.

3. INSTALL

• After your save has completed, return to the location that you saved the casino *most likely your DESKTOP) and double click on the VIP Lounge icon. If you cannot find the icon please try these easy steps to locate the casino file: START / FIND / FILES OR FOLDERS.
  Then, type in “VIP Lounge” (make sure to check the “include subfolders” box before searching). When file is found, right click on the icon and choose “create shortcut” to have the icon displayed on your desktop. Once this is finished, double click on the VIP Lounge icon to continue.
  
  
• When installation of VIP Lounge has completed you will need to proceed to step 4 before you will be allowed to enter the casino.

4. CREATE   AN   ACCOUNT

• Once the installation has completed you must first create an account with VIP Lounge before proceeding to the casino lobby. Click “Yes” to create a new account once the window below is displayed. Please fill out all of the requested account information to the best of your knowledge and ability. All information will remain completely confidential and is needed to be up to date and accurate as to avoid problems when making deposit and withdrawal request with the VIP Lounge. Upon completing the registration form, click “CREATE” to create your new VIP Lounge account and get started.
  
  
• NOTE: If you already have an account with VIP Lounge and are just re-downloading the casino, please click “No” in the window displayed below and proceed directly to the casino login page.

5. LOGIN & PLAY FOR REAL OR FUN

• Once you have completed the registration you will be routed directly to the casino login page. This is where you must enter your new VIP account name and password to login to the casino. You also have two options to choose from before logging in. You can either “Play for Real” or “Play for Fun.” Choose one of those two options (Play for Real will automatically be chosen every time that you enter the casino login page) and then enter your password and login.
