Vault insurance is a monthly insurance offered to all VIP Lounge VIP's at the beginning of every month. Vault Insurance is based upon your total NET losses for the previous month. All you have to do is contact your VIP Lounge hosts anytime during the first 3 days of each month to claim your Vault Insurance. Check below for the Vault Insurance that you are entitled to, based on your VIP status.

Vault Insurance comes with a 10X rollover requirement and maximum withdrawal varies based on the players VIP status. See below for maximum withdrawals for Vault Insurance based on VIP status.
Neophyte VIP's (Level 1 VIP’s):
Neophyte VIP’s may withdrawal up to 20% of their NET losses for the previous month.

Established VIP's (Level 2 VIP’s):
Established VIP's may withdrawal up to 40% of their NET losses for the previous month.
Established VIP's may withdrawal up to 40% of their NET losses for the previous month.
Pinnacle VIP's (Level 3 VIP’s):
Pinnacle VIP's may withdrawal up to 60% of their NET losses for the previous month.
