Promotion Rules
Unless otherwise specified by the Casino, all promotional bonuses are NON CASHABLE. All bonus money will be removed from the Player's account at the point of cash out. Bonus money serves to enhancing play and help to generate winnings but cannot be withdrawn as part of the winnings. The bonus will not be returned to the account, rather deducted from Casino winnings.
In order to claim a promotional bonus, The Player is responsible for redeeming the bonus before placing any bets with his/her deposit money. When wagering, (before accepting a bonus) The Player agrees to NOT accept that bonus. If The Player wants to redeem a bonus and is having difficulties then it is his/her responsibility to contact The Casino for assistance.
Winnings earned from the following games while playing using promotional bonus will be declared void (unless otherwise stated): Craps, Roulette, Baccarat, Pontoon 21, War and Sic Bo.
Should a promotional bonus offer open for play on different games, the highest wagering requirement (out of the games that were played) is applied to that bonus in order to make the wagering requirements for withdrawal.
Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with one another. Winnings will be void if at any time the player does try to do this. Additionally, if The Player has any pending withdrawals, they cannot redeem any additional promotional bonuses unless otherwise approved by The Casino's management.
Play-through Requirements: The wagering requirements are based on the deposit amount combined with the redeemed bonus amount times the number necessary to meet the wagering requirement for the bonus.
• For example, if a player makes a deposit of $100.00 and take a 100% bonus that demands a 15X playthrough, he or she must then wager the amount of their deposit ($100.00) and the amount of their bonus ($100.00) 15X before they will be eligible to request a withdrawal. This means that the total wager must equal $200.00 X 15 = $3,000.00 before they will be able to request a withdrawal.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Maximum withdrawals are based solely on the amount of the deposit.
When cashing out, the bonus amount that is redeemed will be removed from the total withdrawal amount (e.g. – If a player redeems a $200 bonus and withdraws $1200– He will receive $1000.) The rest of the balance can be played and withdrawn without the bonus amount being removed a second time.
The Casino reserves the right to cancel or change a promotion at any time without prior notice.
In no case will "reversals" (canceled withdrawals) count toward any type of bonus unless the Casino approves the payout and re-deposits said pay-out into the player's account with the player's consent. When playing on a redeposit, any comp points previously accumulated will be voided.
Any excess money that has met the max cash out on a coupon will be removed whether or not the withdrawal has been processed - this excess money cannot be used in combination with another promotion or in order to build up free comp points.
While having a pending withdrawal, players cannot redeem or request free chips, comp points or cash-backs. During this period of time a player cannot accumulate said promotions or request them after the approval.
Free Chip and 'No Play No Max' bonus Rules
Players from Australia, Switzerland, Finland, Sweden Denmark, Africa, Belgium, Poland, Israel, Czech and Slovak republics, Bulgaria, all countries of the former Yugoslavia, all countries of the former U.S.S.R, Netherlands, Austria, China, Portugal, Mexico, France, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom, Ireland, all of Central and South America may not cash out from free chip offers if they have not previously deposited. These players may par-take of said free chips for amusement purposes only.
The Casino's welcome signup bonus is limited to one per player, per family, per computer, per address, unless otherwise stated by the casino in a prior agreement made with the management.
Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. Free chip offers are meant only for our regular loyal players and unless otherwise stated in order to cash out on a free chip offer you should have an active depositing account. If the player has redeemed one no-deposit bonus and is subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for the player to be eligible to redeem the second no-deposit bonus.
Casino management reserves the right to terminate or reject offer at any moment.
Should a player use a free promotional bonus that is not granted to him/her, any winnings generated from that promotion are voided
Due to smaller amounts and processing fees, any initial withdrawal request resulting from free chip play will only be paid via the following withdrawal methods: eWalletXpress, click2pay, Neteller, Moneybookers, MyPaylinQ or QuickTender.
The customer receives only one free chip in between deposits, any winnings resulting from multiple free chips will be void. For example, if the player takes 2 free chips in a row, he/she will not be able to withdraw any winnings generated by playing on said chip.
Unless stated otherwise, the max cash out for all free chips won't exceed one time the value of the chips received. All free chips valued at or below $100 will come with a cash–out limit of no more than, nor less than, $100.
The minimum wagering requirements for all free chips is thirty times the bonus amount for: Slots, Keno, Bonus Bingo and Scratch Cards. Minimum wagering requirements for all free chips are 60 times the bonus amount for: All Table Games (excluding restricted games listed above).
If the Player wants to claim any promotion other than a deposit bonus, the player's account balance must be less than $5.00.
Cash-back and insurance promotions may not be accumulated; the player must claim active promotions immediately after losing their balance.
By playing any games other than the allowed games as indicated on the coupon, player winnings will be null.
Any winnings above the max cash-out amount will be removed upon withdrawal. No additional amounts will be disbursed.
If players withdrawals are lower than the amount of their lifetime deposits, they will be entitled to use our "No play no Max" promotion.
All U.K., Greece, Poland, Sweden, Australia, Germany and Denmark players who redeem bonuses will have a x120 wagering requirement on all Blackjack games.
BJ (all types), Roulette (all types), Pai Gow, War, Baccarat, Craps & VP (all types) are restricted from "no play no max" coupon play, all winnings achieved using "no play no max" coupons while playing above games will be voided.
Roulette (all types); Pai Gow Poker, War, Baccarat and craps will not count towards any wagering requirements.
No free chips allowed for slot tournaments unless stated otherwise.
Cash-back / Insurance
Cash back and/or Insurance bonuses may be requested only when the player's account balance is at zero and there are no pending withdrawals to process.
When a bonus promotion offers insurance, it must be used before making another deposit. The player is not able to accumulate insurance on any given promotion.
All bonus promotions that include insurance ('cash-backs') have a 1x max cash-out based on the starting deposit amount. Furthermore, the following wagering requirements apply: 30X on Slots, Keno, Bonus Bingo and Scratch Cards, and 60X on all table games (with the exception of the restricted games listed above).
The Monthly Insurance Bonus has special regulations depending on the Player's Status. The maximum cash-out is the amount of the insurance.
Insurance bonuses may not be accumulated unless stated otherwise by Casino management.
Monthly Insurance will be applied on real deposits only. Re-deposits do NOT count towards monthly insurance.
Comp Points
While playing with no deposit bonuses or previous comp points the player may not accumulate Comp Points.
The minimum amount of Comp Points that can be redeemed is a total of 100 comp points.
Comp Point Value: 1 Comp Point = $1.00.
Comp Points will be credited to the player's account ONLY when their current balance is zero and they do not have any pending withdrawals.
The playthrough requirements on comp points are 30X for Slots, Keno, Bonus Bingo and Scratch Cards; 60X on all table games, excluding the restricted games listed above.
