Player must not have any withdrawals pending to be eligible to be eligible to claim their Vault Insurance for the previous month.

Vault Insurance comes with a 10X rollover requirement and maximum withdrawal varies based on the players VIP status. See below for maximum withdrawals for Vault Insurance based on VIP status.

Short Term Insurance / Cash Back Bonuses:

Short Term Insurance’s or Cash Back bonuses are special offers that will come attached to certain reload bonuses or be special offers made directly by your VIP Lounge hosts or hostesses. These may only be claimed within 48hrs of losing your initial deposit and reload bonus. If a player does not contact the VIP Lounge staff to claim these bonuses within this amount of time they are ineligible for that specific bonus.

Players must not have any withdrawals pending and their balance must be below $10.00 to be eligible to claim these cash back bonuses.

Cash back bonuses come with a 10X rollover requirement and maximum withdrawal varies based on the players VIP status. See below for maximum withdrawals for cash back bonuses based on VIP status.

  • Standard VIP’s (All Regular Players): Standard VIP’s may withdrawal up to 50% of their total NET losses for the last 30 days.
  • High Rollers (Level 2 VIP’s): High Roller’s may withdrawal up to 75% of their total NET losses for the last 30 days.
  • Jetsetters (Level 3 VIP’s): Jetsetters may withdrawal up to 100% of their total NET losses for the last 30 days.

Short term insurance and cash back bonuses are considered totally non-cashable and will be removed from the players withdrawal request along with the amount of the players initial bonus (i.e. if a player deposits $100.00 and takes a 100% bonus that comes with 100% insurance then their total starting bankroll would be $200.00 with $100.00 in insurance if they lose. If that player loses and then redeems the insurance, the total amount of bonuses redeemed, $200.00 in this case, will be removed from their withdrawal request).
