Please read the following legally binding agreement between VIP Lounge Casino (the casino) and yourself (you, the Player). By downloading and using this software, you acknowledge that you have read and have agreed to be bound by the Terms of Use, Standard Casino Rules, Bonus Rules, Insurance Rules, Free Chip/Token/Gift Rules, Comps Rules and all other specific rules related to each individual promotional offer made by the casino. Any incorrect information, specifically information preventing contact between player and company, could result in a closure of the account and a void of all winnings.

  • Information provided during the download of the casino, sign up process or during the registration to any promotion will be keep in the most strict confidentiality. You will however, receive occasional notices from VIP Lounge Casino as well as its partners, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.

  • VIP Lounge provides games for real money as well as for fun. Wagering is at your sole discretion and risk. By wagering for real money at VIP Lounge you acknowledge that the games and software are fair and not objectionable in any way.

  • Your account at VIP Lounge is yours and yours alone. VIP Lounge does not allow multiple users to utilize the same account. DO NOT make your account information available to any other person, no matter their relationship to you.

  • You are responsible for securing, and keeping confidential, your account information and password. Any activity on your account is your sole responsibility, whether it comes from you, or another person. VIP Lounge is not responsible for losses incurred in situations of 3rd party players using your account information.

  • Any situation that VIP Lounge deems as fraudulent, including, but not limited to, sharing of personal account information, can result in a closure of your account without refund.

  • VIP Lounge offers a “remember your password” option upon download of our casino. It is recommended that you do not use this option when using a computer that is used by more than yourself as all users will have direct access to your account. Use of this feature is at your own risk and VIP Lounge is not responsible for any other person/s accessing your account.

  • VIP Lounge reserves the right to close any account at any time. Any funds that are in your account will be sent you by anyone of the payment options offered by VIP Lounge. The company does reserve the right to void any and all winnings in the event of any of the following situations:


  • If you have opened multiple accounts with the casino;
  • If any of the information that you have provided to the casino is incorrect or invalid;
  • If you are not of legal age in the jurisdiction that you reside;
  • If you have redeemed, or been credited with, a promotion that was not intended, or not allowed, for you;
  • If you have allowed, intentionally or unintentionally, someone other than the account holder to play on your account;
  • If the name on the casino account does not match the name of the account holder for the deposit methods that you have used;
  • If the casino has found you to be cheating, or abusing, promotional offers and software provided by the casino.

  • VIP Lounge may require documentation from you before, or after, you make your first withdrawal request. In most cases, the documentation required will be a copy of Driver’s License, or Government issued ID, along with a consent form authorizing all charges to VIP Lounge that have originated from your account.

  • VIP Lounge provides several methods for depositing, including Credit Cards, FirePay, Neteller, Click2Pay, MyCitadel, ACH, Check and Insta-Debit, among others. You may only use any one of these methods if the name on that account matches the name in your casino account.

  • Once your withdrawal is approved and ready to be sent, VIP Lounge will make payments of up to $2,500.00 per day, and up to $5,000.00 per week, until your winnings are paid in full.

  • See below for special increased payments for Advanced VIP Classes:

    HIGHROLLER: This player class will receive payments of up $5,000.00 per day, and up to $10,000.00 per week, until their winnings are paid in full.
    JETSETTER:     This player class will receive payments of up $10,000.00 per day, and up to $25,000.00 per week, until their winnings are paid in full.

  • VIP Lounge reserves the right to publicize all large wins, using only the players first name and last initial in any, and all, promotions, publications and newsletters that VIP Lounge deems fit.
  • You as the player are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on any winnings that you may receive from VIP Lounge.

  • VIP Lounge reserves the right, without any prior notice to its players, to add or discontinue any games or services within the casino.

  • VIP Lounge is not responsible for any computer damage or malfunctions under any circumstances.

  • All information that you provide to the casino is considered private. VIP Lounge protects this information and will not distribute, publish or divulge this information to any third parties or subsidiaries.

Restrictions Based on Country

The VIP Lounge Casino has found the need to restrict certain countries from either, playing with our casino, using Reload Bonuses, redeeming VIP Chips and/or depositing via Credit Card. Please read below for the restrictions that may apply based on the country that you reside. The VIP Lounge Casino reserves the right to lift these restrictions on a case to case basis, but unless stated otherwise, these restrictions will apply.
